We have highly qualified and experienced Professional Engineers that are supported by technical and administrative staff, enabling us to execute contracts varying in size and complexity.
Over the years we have built up and maintained a strong compliment of core technical staff. As and when required, this team is supplemented with contracted technicians as well as specialist professional engineers.
Our directors and associates are sufficiently hands-on and versatile to understand all aspects of design, documentation, project management and even drafting, when necessary.
All BSM Baker executed work is computer generated. We regard ongoing training as well as hardware and software upgrades as essential tools in the maintenance of efficiency and economy of production offered by the latest technology. To enable this, every employee has a desktop at their workstation equipped with the latest version of design, detailing, or modelling software.
A local area network ensures continuous and instantaneous flow of information between workstations plotters and the server. All workstations are connected to an open internet fibreoptic line, which guarantees continuous quality communication between our offices, clients, other consultants, and contractors.
